- Combine with Rice Krispies: Remove the pot from heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until all the cereal is fully coated with the marshmallow mixture. Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined sheet of wax paper and press evenly into a thin rectangular layer.
- Prepare the Filling: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each session until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the warm peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies layer, covering it completely.
- Roll the Mixture: Starting from one short side, roll the Rice Krispies mixture tightly into a log shape, using the wax paper to help guide and keep it tight.
