- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Vegetables & Garnish
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed and halved

Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Cook the spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain them and set aside.
- Brown Beef: In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the minced garlic and ginger to the cooked beef. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the beef mixture.
- Simmer Sauce: Let the beef simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes, allowing flavors to blend and the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add Vegetables: Add sliced green onions, shredded carrots, and snow peas to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Toss with Noodles: Toss the cooked noodles with the beef and vegetable mixture until everything is well-coated and heated through.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles!
