- 1 bag Hershey’s Hugs chocolates, unwrapped
- 1 bag red and green M&M’s

- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 200°F (approximately 93°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Arrange pretzels: Place the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced slightly apart.
- Add chocolates: Place one unwrapped Hershey’s Hug in the center of each pretzel snap, preparing them for gentle melting.
- Warm chocolates: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and heat for 4 to 5 minutes, just until the Hugs are softened but still retain their shape – monitor closely to avoid over-melting.
- Add M&M’s: Remove the baking sheet from the oven, and immediately press one red or green M&M candy into the center of each softened Hug, gently pressing so the chocolate spreads slightly over the pretzel.
- Cool and set: Allow the pretzels to cool completely at room temperature, or speed up the process by placing them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
- Serve or store: Once set, serve immediately or store the pretzel hugs in an airtight container for up to several days.
